Bins

Our vision systems can be integrated with robots, allowing them to locate the individual components to pick up and then place where desired.

The parts that the robots will have to handle can be presented to them in various ways. In the past the pieces had to be prepared precisely so that they always had the same position and orientation. Clearly this is an expensive procedure, costly in terms of time and without flexibility in the event that the component’s type or dimension changes. Our systems can perform and advanced localization thus allowing the robot to pick up the pieces with precision and consistency. This also applies to components approximately arranged on various surfaces, on conveyor belts, on trays but also inside boxes and different kinds of bins.

Our applications don’t need for the components to be ordered but can even order them autonomously by shape and dimension, color, barcode, markings and more.
